QUOTE

‘Putting ourselves in another person’s shoes is the key to empathy and true non-judgemental understanding. Each of us has a unique set of circumstances that make up our lives, and how we are derives from a combination of our conditioning, our innate nature, our experiences, and our environment. But we are all human beings, with the seeds of all human actions latent with us’ ~ JO RAINSLEY

TESTIMONIALS

"Jo Rainsley has been our Personal Trainer for over a year and even though we considered ourselves to be of a reasonable level of fitness, Jo has achieved our individual goals and results that we felt were possibly beyond us. Jo has achieved this by combining exercise as well as an addictive high level of motivation and input in relation to our dietary needs. My wife and I have now achieved our targets and we will continue to employ Jo as our Personal Trainer. She has now become an important part of our Health and Fitness Programme and we would highly recommend Jo to anyone wishing to improve their general confidence, fitness and well being.
