We’ve got a new way for you to look at your beautiful baby and their buggy...as the ideal exercise equipment! It’s true! With Buggyfit the bump you carry for nine months becomes the bump you push to get back into shape after childbirth. It’s the perfect way to lose those wobbly bits while you have fun and make friends at the same time.

And as baby comes too, there’s no need for sitters, crèches or excuses.

Undertaken along our beautiful coastline and in pleasant parks, a Buggyfit class lasts about an hour and involves power walking with a mixture of cardio vascular, strengthening and toning exercises thrown in. It’s highly effective for burning fat, improving posture, toning up and shifting that post natal weight.

Your level of experience doesn’t matter as all kinds of mums take part. In fact, all you need is baby, buggy, comfy clothes and trainers. And not only have some mums reported great results in just six weeks, Buggyfit can also help alleviate post-natal depression, too.

Note: Registration takes about 15 minutes and has to be completed before your first workout. In addition, a COMPLETED Buggyfit Waiver Release Form should be brought with you 10 minutes prior to your first class. Alternatively, you can e-mail a completed form to bev@greengymcompany.co.uk. In general, all participants should arrive five minutes before every class commences.

R. No, just contact Green Gym Company UK Ltd when you intend to come along for the first time and we shall give you all the advice you need.

Q. What do I need to wear?
R. Loose clothing and suitable footwear for exercising in.

Q. How soon after giving birth can I come along to class?
R. Normal birth 8 weeks and C section 12 weeks
