Training you’ll like for a body you’ll love

IT is a fitness gym but not as we know it. Firstly there are no mirrors, oxygen-starved rooms, sweaty mats or MTV hip-hop. These have been replaced with trees, fresh air and the underfoot sogginess of outdoor terra firma in Poole Park.

This is a class that is not called No Limits for nothing.

You’ll be amazed at what we - and you - can achieve on grass and sand, armed with nothing more than stuff like benches and ropes. Training doesn’t come any more naturally than No Limits. It’s a clean, green and safe group Personal Training class that everyone can benefit from. All participants get a 1:1 experience and motivation from the Trainers and the group dynamics keeps everyone ‘alive’ and highly motivated during and after the classes.

Jo Rainsley is the Chief Instructor of these classes and with over 20 years of experience in Outdoor Training, there’s not much she doesn’t know about ‘how’ to help you reach your goals. Whether you’re exercising for fat loss goal, to change your shape or committing to improving your health and fitness training, we will help you every step of the way.

All our locations have been carefully chosen to provide you with ease of access and safe parking for your vehicle. We will supply medical kits, screening forms, water bottles, fresh fruit and weekly ‘Fact Sheets’ to help you get the most you can from No Limits.

A great way for us to monitor your achievements is to make the time to have a Health Check prior to commencing with the GGCo NoLimits Team.

Optional Health Check includes: Weight of Body fat, Metabolic rate, Hydration levels, Blood pressure, Resting Heart Rate and Lean tissue. Prerequisite to be adhered to.

Note: Registration takes about 15 minutes and has to be completed before your first workout. In addition, a COMPLETED Waiver Release Form should be brought with you 10 minutes prior to your first class. Alternatively, you can e-mail a completed form to jo@greengymcompany.co.uk. In general, all participants should arrive five minutes before every class commences.
