Sometimes going forward to your health and fitness goals is easier and faster when you go one to one with a Personal Trainer.

So let a member of our highly motivational, experienced, expert and knowledgeable team focus on your unique objectives and needs, to devise a varied programme that’s as individual as you are.

You see, whatever your health and fitness aims, we will help you succeed in achieving them all. From fat burning, injury prevention, performance enhancement and increased movement range to rehabilitation, nutritional advice and pre/post-natal exercise, we have the know how to show you how.

And your personal training programme will never be dull, repetitive or boring! Sometimes you come to us at the health club, other times we’ll come to you at home, office, place of work OR meet us at a convenient location in the Great Outdoors! Activities can include anything that works for you, including racquet sports, swimming, hiking and cycling.

We’ll even devise an eating plan for you, using Nutrichef healthy meals and snacks by Barbara Cox. Because we believe the more we put into your programme, the more you get out.

A. Yes! Providing your location is within a 10 mile radius from Bournemouth or Poole.

A. No, Personal Training can be catered to work with your financial and lifestyle situation.
