New to the Green Gym Company - Swim Training
Swimming is the best all around fitness activity. It’s great for cardio-vascular, toning and improving overall levels of fitness. Best of all anyone can do it and because it’s in the water it’s not weight bearing so if you have an injury you can still work out.
The Green Gym Company will be offering swimming lessons for babies and their carers’ right up to adults. We are also running Swimfit classes for those of you who want to swim for fitness. All are welcome to attend a class that offers small group activities or one to one sessions tailored to your individual needs.
If you want to learn to swim or improve your stroke technique and stamina we have a session to suit you. Our instructors are qualified to high levels with many years experience teaching swimming and have an understanding of nervous swimmers.
Classes take place in local pools which are warm and clean. Classes can be block booked to ensure place in the class.
